Gym

Our expansive gym is equipped with the latest in strength training and cardio equipment, perfect for athletes and fitness enthusiasts alike. Whether you're looking to build muscle, improve endurance, or simply stay in shape, our diverse range of equipment and expert trainers are here to support your goals.

Ice Pad

Take your hockey training to the next level on our professional-grade ice pad, ideal for hockey players, figure skaters, and recreational skaters. The 20x40' pad provides ample space for practice, training sessions, and even small-scale events. Our ice facility is maintained to the highest standards, ensuring optimal conditions for all ice-based activities.

The ice is available for rentals or private hockey lessons.

Pro Shop / Skate Sharpening

Your most convenient option for skate sharpening and hockey accessories.

Skates n' Sticks is open Monday to Thursday evenings 5:00 - 8:00 & Saturday morning 9:00 am - 12:00 pm.
