Our Faceoff Clinic, led by head hockey instructor Kyle Helms, is set for November 4th.

Winning a faceoff is a pivotal skill in hockey that can greatly influence the flow of the game, providing teams with immediate puck possession and the opportunity to set up offensive plays.

In our faceoff clinic, young players will learn essential techniques such as proper stance, grip, and timing, as well as strategies for reading their opponents and anticipating puck movement.

By mastering the art of the faceoff, young athletes can become valuable assets on the ice, helping their teams gain crucial advantages during critical moments of play.

Details:

  • Session Duration: 30 minutes each, starting at 4:30 PM.
  • Participants: Maximum of 3 skaters per session.
  • Eligibility: Open to U11 - U18 Girls and Boys.
  • Cost: $40 per participant.
  • Location: Training pad at Flash Academy.
